The rating certifies the degree of legal compliance of organisations conducting business in Italy. Ratings range from 1 star to a maximum of 3 stars.?

Legal compliance is critically important to Mindray and its subsidiary companies. Mauro Del Noce, General Counsel for Mindray Europe, said:
The legality rating is on a voluntary basis and businesses must apply directly to the AGCM which is an independent administrative authority in Italy, enforcing competition and consumer protection laws.?

The assessment is largely conducted in the following areas:
- Absence of criminal convictions and competition/health & safety at work/tax penalties
- Traceability of payments
