In June 2022, Mindray launched the construction event for the new Longhua Manufacturing Base in Shenzhen. Upon completion, this new Manufacturing Base will become Mindray¡¯s global headquarters of supply chain. Currently, Mindray has five manufacturing bases in Shenzhen (Guangming Base and Longhua Base), Nanjing, Wuhan, and Dangshan in China. Among them, Longhua Base covers a land area of about 128,000 square meters, with a total investment of RMB2.2 billion. It will carry more than 60% of the company's supply chain capacity after completion.

Global coordination

The Headquarters Base accelerates the pace of globalization

As the new global supply chain headquarters, Longhua Manufacturing Base will serve as the global manager of resource coordination, production, warehouse scheduling, and logistics control. Its role also entails creating visual management dashboards for real-time tracking and reporting of how each base is operating and how the global warehouse network is scheduled. This will help to achieve digital management and give a strategic edge to the supply chain.
